That phrase is not correct. Instead, if it's a romantic situation, say "You are a heart breaker", "You broke my heart", or "You stole my heart." If it's a social situation where you are endeared to the hearts of the people, say "You capture peoples' hearts" or "You capture the hearts of many"...something like that.
