What do you call fizzy drinks/soda/carbohydrate drinks in Japanese?
炭酸飲料(たんさんいんりょう) seems too formal . What word should I use for soda in a conversation? Do I say ソーダ or ジューン?

Some people just say 炭酸, which makes sence if you are not talking in the lab but at the grocery.
