How often... Is it correct to write like below question sentence? How often will you come here? (There is a new classmate join our gym class, we want to know how often will he come here) Thanks in advance for helping me about this issue.🙂

It is correct, yes. You could however instead ask, "how often will you be using the gym?" Or "how often will you be coming by?"

How often will you come here? How often are you planning to come here (and train)? "How often do you come here?" only makes sense if someone has come before and is a more regular attendee.
