Una chica sentata es una chica con sentido común, prudente, juiciosa. Una chica sensible es una chica impresionable, que se emociona con facilidad, que siente de forma profunda.

In spanish the word "sensible" means emotional example: she is an emotional girl (ella es una chica sensible)
the word "sensata" means Honest example: she is an honest girl (ella es una chica sensata) Sensata can also convey the meaning of sensible(english word)
