I think it's an American accent's way of saying Pratt, meaning Chris Pratt.
"I get (Chris) Pratt, I never get him (pointing to Chris Hemsworth)" - maybe referring to mistaken identity when recognised as a celeb by members of the public, or referring to who he is able to fool with practical jokes

He means Chris Pratt, in The Avengers movies. I think he's talking about playing practical jokes on people, and while he can trick Chris Pratt, he can't trick Chris Hemsworth. It took me several tries to work it out, it's not clear!
EDIT: Actually, I think he's more likely he's saying he gets mistaken for Chris Pratt, but he's not mistaken for Chris Hemsworth. This is why he says "please think I'm Hemsworth, please think I'm Hemsworth...". This makes more sense in the context of the video, he's paying Chris Hemsworth a compliment.
