How to say you buy a food item in Chinese?
Hello all,
I was wondering how to say you buy a food item in Chinese. For example, does 'we buy ice cream and eat it at the park ' translate to '我们买冰淇淋,在公园吃。’?
Thanks for any replies.

your translation doesn't have abvious mistake, chinese people can catch your meaning, but it still heard a little strange.
”我们买冰淇淋到公园里吃吧“ is a little bit better.
if you want to express that you want to buy something, you can use "买“
buy something and eat it "买东西吃”
