How can I call / address you?
What is the more natural way to ask for the client's name in a business situation - How can I call you, How can I address you, or anything else? Thanks

Here are some common options:
"What is your name?"
"May I have your name?"
"How may we address you?"

For natural, I would go for:
What can I call you?
What's your name?
Who are you? [in a relaxed, friendly manner, not demanding!]
Business English is often very social and less formal than in other cultures.
Thanks, Teacher Zowee :)

Hi I'm (your name). (await their response, it's expected they will say their name back if you haven't met before)
