Weit weg/entfernt
As I have noticed, "weit weg" and "weit enfernt" are interchangable, but is it correct to say "weit weg entfernt" as one? I have seen it too.

Später, wenn wir uns von Jo und Tom zu weit weg entfernt haben....But in this case 'entfernt' is a verb.
Das Picasso-Museum, das Geburtshaus des Künstlers und die Stadt-City sind ungefähr 15 Minuten im leichten Spaziergang weit weg entfernt.
But you cannot use 'weit weg entfernt' as synonym with 'weit weg' and 'weit entfernt'. 'Weit weg entfernt' is not used very often.
