Which way of saying next week is more common in Mexico?
I've heard la semana que viene, la semana próxima, and la semana entrante from different language learning materials and teachers.

Hola Dawna, en México se utilizan las tres expresiones que comentas ya depende de la que quiera usar cada persona, por ejemplo yo prefiero decir: "La próxima semana". Algunos ejemplos de uso:
1.- "La próxima semana me compraré mi primer coche"
2.- "La semana que viene tengo mi examen de ingreso a la universidad"
3.-  "La semana entrante tengo que ir a una entrevista de trabajo"

I don't live in Mexico, but in my opinion, all of them are used frequently. You can use them all and they are quite common. Here are some examples:

"La semana entrante es mi cumpleaños!" - My birthday is next week !
"La próxima semana tengo dos exámenes." - I have two tests (or exams) next week.
"La semana que viene me reúno con mis amigos del colegio." Next week I'm getting together with my friends from school.

You wrote "la semana próxima" instead of "la próxima semana", but they are interchangeable.

Estas frases son entendibles en cualquier país de habla hispana.  No creo que habrá ningún Mexicano que no entendería las tres frases.
