Is there a difference between 여드름, 뾰루지, and 트러블 or can they be used interchangeably?

No. They usually mean different things.
여드름 = acne that teenagers in puberty often have. It is harmless and is considered a sign of youth, not necessarily a problem in most cases.
- 뾰루지 = a bump of skin inflammation. It is a nuisance and can hurt to the touch.
- 트러블 = "trouble" (occasionally used in Korean) You could say 여드름 and 뾰루지 are 피부(skin) 트러블, but 트러블 by itself doesn't mean any such things.
여드름 usually happens in multiples and lasts a long time, while 뾰루지 is a rare thing that comes and goes.
