Is there a difference between 여드름, 뾰루지, and 트러블 or can they be used interchangeably?

트러블 - is Konglish for 'trouble'. '피부트러블' is skin trouble, so its a general use kind of term. You'll see it in advertising. 'Skin problem!? No worries...'
여드름 is like pimple, zit. Indicates singular or generally acne.
뾰루지 is more like a breakout, but can also mean rash.
So yes, they can be used interchangeably. 뾰루지 would be used less frequently than 여드름 though.
