which one is more correct?
I have been gotten stuck in traffic.
I have gotten stuck in traffic.

The first sentence is incorrect.
For the 2nd, in conversation you would say, "I've gotten stuck in traffic". The 'I have' would be shortened.

Just an extra thought : outside of the USA and Canada, "gotten" is not really used, and is seen as ungrammatical. "Got" is used as the past form of "get".
