which would be correct and why -sinabi mong or sabi mo ?
i know you use mo and mong when saying different sentences but i get them mixed up a lot

"mong"- is a contraction of "mo + nang".
So combining "mo" and "nang" is just a way of shortening words colloquially.
Example : "Sabihin mo na kung ano ang gusto mong gawing"
