Is this sentence grammatically correct? Hi everyone, I want to ask if this whole sentence is grammatically correct: "It is expected that there would be about 70 more guest rooms added than the current number of rooms in the hotel" I truly appreciate your help, thanks !

Use "will be" instead of "would be"; use "to" instead of "than"
