What does this phrase mean here:
The baby reacted with signs of stress when he was shoewn moving mobiles and tape recordings of human voices.
What does"moving mobiles" refer to? Does it mean "cell-phones"?

Mobiles are referring to moving toys that parents place above children's cribs.
The phrase means that the baby became stressed out when he was shown moving objects around him and also he got stressed out when the baby heard tape recordings of human voices.
