Is it possible to say '' Every of them?'' ( Is it used as a pronoun ?)
I have heard that every can be either a determiner or an adjective.
But I think it can be a pronoun as well.

It isn't. 'Each' can be a pronoun, but not 'every'. You'd have to say 'Every one of them'.
