Which type of contraction is used more often?
I have the habit of using contracted forms in my writing because it is faster.Am I wrong?

Ps I would always use the contracted form unless I'm writing something very formal.

Both are exactly the same. I think "he isn't" sounds slightly more formal, and would probably use that when I'm writing, and use "he's not" more often when I'm speaking. But yeah, they mean the same thing.
