Yes, they can be all three types of sentences theoretically.
If the phrases are by themselves as written, they sound like imperative sentences. If you add a question mark or raise the tone at the end, they will become questions.
To be declarative, they need a subject, either explicitly or implied in the context, as in 친구가 책을 가져와요 (but many of your examples might sound a little unnatural in the present tense).
All of your sentences are grammatically correct, but some of the 잡아요 sentences sound strange. 잡아요 means to hold or to catch, so they don't make a lot of sense if used about food (피자/김치를 잡아요).
