To be blamed vs To be blamed for Hi, I didn’t do anything wrong to be blamed for I didn’t do anything wrong to be blamed. Which is correct? Thank you.

By adding the word "for" at the end, you then need to write what it is that you are being blamed for. Whereas, by not adding it, the subject/context had already been established previously to saying this sentence.
