I'm a little confused about what preposition comes after adjective "obsessed"
As a society, we're obsessed by sex.
As a society, we're obsessed with sex.
which one is correct?

Both "obsessed with" and "obsessed by" are correct. In fiction, "obsessed with" became more common after 1960.

It is correct to say "obsessed with" something. So, "As a society, we're obsessed with sex" would be correct.
