The second sentence is typical of common spoken/written English.
The word 'shall' is normally used only in selected contexts, for example legal documents and business contracts. An example sentence: The product supplier shall make the product available to the customer at its place of business. The customer shall pay an amount of $1,000,000 upon receipt of such product.
It a legal context 'shall' is similar to 'will' but 'shall' has a stronger sense of obligation than 'will'. Here 'shall' is similar to 'must'.

The first option is still grammatically correct, however, using “shall” makes it sound a little dated. “We will be ranting you our product” sounds more natural.
The second one is correct and natural!
I hope it helps, :)

A little more context would be required to answer well.
We shall be renting you our product or - VERY authoritative - as if correcting a misunderstanding
We will rent you our product - As if giving permission, approving
.
We rent product rather than sell .... Neutral
Our normal terms are to rent rather than sell ... ...
.
Technically, it seems then "product" is not defined well. If you rent things to people, then the things may not be your product. Your "product" is more a rental service.
Hope something helps.
