"Communication Made Easy" is the name of my English book, but I don't know what it means exactly.

Communication is the mutual exchange of ideas. When learning new languages that can obviously be difficult. The book title is basically claiming that they have made the difficult task of learning communication easier. The title is a condensed way of saying that. That construction is not common outside of the use for book titles. Similar titles for books could be “Computers Made Simple” or “Homework Made Fun”.
The long form of your title might be “Comminication that has been made easier”. Another short way to say the tile could be “Making Communication Easier”.
