I agree with Kim: both sentences are correct. I will expand them a little which might show how the language is working: For the moment, we don't have a class tomorrow. But if we do, she will tell us. For the moment, we aren't going to have a class tomorrow. But if we are, she will tell us.

Both are grammatically correct. Are we having class tomorrow? Yes, we are. Do we have class tomorrow? Yes, we do. You want the word know (not now) in your sentences.
