Could all the usages of 'because' be replaced with 'as'?
I'm planning on replacing every 'because' in my English practice with 'as' just to get used to it as the 'as' is something English learners find very hard.
(Of course, I'd definetely leave some of collocations as they are, such as "just because" or "because of", etc.)

No. A better default would be to never use “as” that way.

probably not a great idea, there are many places where the substitution would work and others where it would not. You should look up the words in a dictionary and find sentences where the exchange produses the same meaning and where it does not.

Yes, for the most part. Even the examples you gave can be replaced with as. Just as, and as of are very common.
