Many people consider impossible what really is possible.
Many people consider “it ” impossible what really is possible.
which one is correct,or both are correct?

The first is more correct, but not quite. You would say "Many people consider impossible that which is possible." But, even this wording is quite awkward.
Other, more natural ways of saying this include:
What many people consider impossible is often, in fact, possible.
Many people consider the possible to actually be impossible.
Many people consider possible things to be impossible.
Many people consider the possible impossible.
Many people dismiss possible things as impossible.
