What's the difference between 元気では ありません and 元気では ないです

Meaning is the same.
"元気ではありません" is more fomal & polite than " 元気ではないです" .
"元気な" = ナadjective
→ negative form " 元気ではない"
" ありません" is more polite than "ないです"
