Beide sind richtig.
"Viel" kann substantivisch (Viel Neues) oder adjektivisch (Vieles Neues) benutzt und beide bedeuten:
'a lot of , a great deal of new things.'
*Viel Neues = a lot of or many new things
Ich habe viel Neues zu erzählen
I have a lot of new things to tell
*Vieles = a lot of
Ich habe vieles Neues zu erzählen.
I have many new things to tell.
