One who tucks someone else? Perhaps. . It could refer to someone who tucks themselves in. As in there are two sorts of people in the world: Those who tuck in and those who leave the covers floating. Some like the covers tight, restrained, restraining. Some like loose. Some simply tuck covers round themselves. . Those, like myself who do not tuck, know the perils of marrying one who is a tucker-inner: One who willalways pull the cover round herself: cold winter nights.

Hi Aud, I'm familiar with "to tuck in" as a verbal phrase. I've never heard this as a noun but it makes sense so I would say you are correct.

I understood by myself. This is someone who tucks someone else in bed to make sure they are comfortable and warm.
