How do you type ё on the standard Russian keyboard?
I've just installed an input method editor to my Android mobile phone. When I'm typing the letter ё , I push the key reading e and a little box will pop up with ё within. I click on it, and ё will be input.
Now I'm wondering how a Russian types ё into their COMPUTER and mobile phone in everyday use of them?

We don't type ё usually.
We have a "ё" button on PC above Tab. It is combined with ~ and ` symbols. You can look at typical En-Ru keyboard layouts that we use here:

Long tap on Russian "е" in the phone opens pop-up options from which you can select "ё".
I recommend to install GO Keyboard Pro with wide selections of letters from many languages.

Thank you, AURELIEN B. I get it now. But your image is inaccessible for me thanks to our government's block of google.
