Which is true to say "I am fine" if I want to use "jesam" without subject?

or

And if I want to use question form:
Da li jesam .....?
Da li sam .....?
Jesam li .....?
Sam li....?
4th one is ok?

The shorter form of the verb to be (biti) should be used!
Jesam li dobro ?
Dobro sam.
Da li sam ...
Jesam li ...
Dobro jesam, sam li are wrong. Jesam dobro and dobro jesam are strange.

If you want say “i’m fine”, say “Dobro sam”
