文法:ろくに〜ない:Difference between ろくに and あまり?(違う点)
What is the difference between ろくに and あまり? *(違い点)*
ろくに と あまり の違いは何でしょうか?もしかして、両方とも同じですか?お願いします!
⒈ろくに勉強しないのに文句ばかり言うのは困る。
(あまり勉強しないのに文句ばかり言うのは困る。)
⒉病気の時は、ろくに食べられない。
(病気の時は、あまり食べられない。)

ろくに~ない means "not properly~", and it can also has a sense of insult like your 1st example sentence.
あまり~ない means simply "not so much ~".
ろくにの漢字は、「碌に」です。
(日本人はあまりこの漢字を使いませんが、Miaさんは中国人なので、漢字のほうが意味が伝わるかと思い書いてみました。)

I am not a native speaker but I can speak Japanese pretty well. Roku ni is more like sufficient, like something is not enough and amari is more like "not so much".
