1. Quel plat préférez-vous? = Which dish do you prefer?
("Dish" as in "Do you prefer the spaghetti bolognese or the seafood paella?. Note that this is a formal 'vous', used between adult strangers or adults speaking in a formal, polite context )
2. Lequel de ces fromages aimes-tu? = Which of these cheeses do you like?
(Could also be "Which of those cheeses...?" ?. Note that this is the informal 'you', used among family, friends, classmates and people you know well)
3. Nous regardons lequel entre cex deux films? = Which of these films should we watch?
(This is present tense, so literally translated it would be "Which of these films are we watching?". That's possible, but less likely. The more likely scenario is that you're deciding what to watch beforehand).
4. Parmi eux, lequel s'appelle Luc? = Which one of them is called Luc?
("Parmi eux" translates literally as "Among them")

Your grammar book should explain these. If your grammar book isn't very good, I highly recommend "Grammaire Progressive du Français" by Cle International.
quel - interrogative determiner (which)
quel plat - which meal
lequel - pronoun (which one, who)
lequel de ces fromages = which one of these cheeses
