Question from a movie "Captain America: Civil War" Scene: Peter Parker and Tony Stark are talking in Peter's room Tony Stark: Lordy! Can you even see in these? Peter Parker: Yes, I can see in those. Okay? It's just that... when whatever happened, happened... it's like my senses have been dialed to 11. There's way too much input, so... they just kinda help me focus. Tony Stark: You're in dire need of an upgrade. Systemic, top to bottom. 100-point restoration. That's why I'm here. Tony Stark: Why you doing this? I gotta know. What's your MO? What gets you outta that twin bed in the morning? What does Tony mean by "100 point restoration" and "what's your MO"?

The condition of a classic car is rated on a 100-point system, where 100 is absolutely perfect restoration and 20 or below is un-restorable, to restore a car to 100 points is to make the car look new again. Tony is saying that Peter needs a complete overhaul. A modus operandi (often shortened to M.O.) is someone's habits of working.“Modus operandi” means “method of operation”. It describes the ways someone does something, or a habit of someone. Tony is asking what Peter's method for getting the motivation to get out of bed every morning is.
