Not a native speaker so someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong:
both derived from the word "traer", to bring
Traigame - is an imperative with a pronoun attached, means "bring me" as a command
Traerme - an infinitive with a pronoun attached, used most commonly after an already conjugated verb ("Tienes que traerme! - you have to bring me!")

Hi I would like to know if you want to exchange our language by Skype, I speak Spanish it is my native language and we can talk maybe 30 minutes just Spanish and 30 minutes just English every day. Like that I think we can improve our new language. I wish you a great day and please let me know if you are interested. Thank you.
