Either "nothing is worth more” or nothing is “more worthy,” but “more worthy” usually refers to being worthy OF respect/devotion/love etc. So probably say “nothing is worth more than your health/life"

Maybe you might say "Nothing is worth more than your health" or you might say "Nothing is more important than your health"
