"He turned a teacher " or "He turned teacher" ? Which sentence is correct?

Do you mean "he turned into a teacher"?

If you are talking about someone who studies and goes into teaching, you may want to use
"He became a teacher."
However, if you are talking about someone who talks to a teacher, you would want to say,
"He turned to the teacher."
