Can I say "It's not factual" or "It's not a fact" as a replay in instead of saying "It's not true" Will it sound good?

Yes you can. I prefer it’s not a fact over it’s not factual.

Saying "that's not a fact" or "that isn't factual" sound a bit more natural to me. But it makes more sense to say this when talking about something like the news, science, or a crime rather than the reply to day to day conversation.
