Hi Dinghui, you say starboard so I think you are talking about something technical to do with boats/ships, which I am not an expert of :). I googled starboard elevation and got some results, whereas starboard facade gave no results e.g. https://www.google.com/search?q=starboard+elevation&tbm=isch&ved=2ahUKEwir5MzsgvzoAhXOkKQKHQJ_B8IQ2-cCegQIABAA&oq=starboard+elevation&gs_lcp=CgNpbWcQAzoECCMQJzoECAAQQzoCCAA6BggAEAgQHjoECAAQHjoECAAQGFDsxgFYx9gBYJ_ZAWgAcAB4AIABoQGIAZgNkgEEMTUuNJgBAKABAaoBC2d3cy13aXotaW1n&sclient=img&ei=5DagXqviCs6hkgWC_p2QDA&bih=654&biw=1366&client=firefox-b-d&safe=active#imgrc=WuW5ZSbQsR91TM
Here are some more boat terms if you need https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=http%3A%2F%2Fhalilintar.beat.fruehlingsblau.de%2Fboat-terms-diagram.html&psig=AOvVaw32IXGZMmAzkN6E4qd4xwun&ust=1587644619103000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAIQjRxqFwoTCNjNkKSD_OgCFQAAAAAdAAAAABAO
