Laisse tomber could mean "forget about it" or "leave it alone". Mostly used when someone asks you about a matter you do not want to talk about and you answer in a pissed off manner. Sometimes used when no matter how hard you try to explain something to someone, it does not seem to get through (meaning that you give up on trying to explain).
