1. I live in King Street v I live on King Street
The majority of native English speakers (including all American English speakers) would use 'on', here: "I live on King Street". In British English, however, it is possible to use 'in', especially if the street in question is small, narrow or enclosed in some way. For example, if it's what we call a 'cul-de-sac' or 'close', we would probably say "I live in Bluebell Close", because your home is enclosed within that street. With other streets, you could use either: you can say "I live on Queen's Avenue" (which could be any kind of street - wide or narrow, major or minor) or "I live in Queen's Avenue" (which suggests quite a narrow street).
If in doubt, you should definitely use 'on'. Most English speakers would say that 'in' is wrong, but nobody would say that 'on' is wrong. And with the increasing Americanisation of English, even many BrE speakers, especially younger people, are more comfortable with 'on' than with 'in'.
2. This sentence is fine.
