Whatcha is slang, not professional. It means What are you..... Watcha doin' (doing). Dropping the "g" is also slang. You can hear it when people speak fast but sounds awful if said slowly. It is never used in professionally written forms of communication.
What are you (doing, eating, listing to, etc.). The English slang is Whadda ya doin'
What do you have (what have you - is not American English) - The English slang is Wadda ya have
What do you......= wadda
All of these slang pronunciations are spoken quickly, not slowly.
