每天、每周、每年表达的意思可能是长时间坚持某一件事，而一天、一周、一年表达的意思不一定是长期的，可能是短期的。 Every day, every week and every year may mean keep doing something for a long time, but one day, one week and one year may not mean that .Maybe in the short period.
