naderen and benaderen
They both mean 'to approach'. Is there a difference between 'naderen' and 'benaderen'?

"naderen" has a temporal or spatial meaning (to approach a destination), e.g. "Wij naderen het einde" or "Wij naderen Culemborg", while "benaderen" is to approach in the sense of contacting someone or addressing something, e.g. "Heb je haar al benaderd?" or "Hoe kunnen wij dit probleem benaderen?"
