"Fu jing yuo3 shang1 dian4 ma? What is the pinyin for fu jing and its meaning?
I don't know what "fu jing" means in the question "Is there a store nearby?" It is an extra phrase on a CD that is not included in the book vocabulary. I was wondering what the pinyin spelling of fu jing is and what it really means.

Hello Meir ,
It is fùjìn fu4jin4 not "fu jing"
It means "nearby , in the vicinity or next to".
fu4jin4 you3 shang1dian4 ma ?
附近有商店吗 ?
Is there a store nearby ?
or
