What does "red line" in this context mean?
A speaker who is attorney, tell his assistant that : " No, Jon, I'm e-mailing my red lines now. Have
them inputted before I get to court so I can give them to the judge."
In this situation,what does "red line" mean?

It means corrections. Think of marking the document with a red pen to make corrections.
I would write it as redlines not red lines, however.

I think he's referring to the edits that he made to the document. Back when most changes were done manually, you would mark them with a red pen. The term is still used today, even when the edits are done electronically.
