Am I an occupant of dweller?
How do you call people who live in a building, hotel or private house? Occupant? I need one word for people living in different places: those who rent apartments, have their own apartments, or live in hotels.
For those who are living in hotels, apartments (all occupants), it is highly recommended not to leave the facility and limit contacts with others.

I agree with Soheil that "resident" is a good choice.
"Occupant" is also good.

I think the word "resident" might fit the context.
