What’s the difference between 和 and 跟.
我和她去旅遊。
我跟她去旅遊。
Are these sentences ok and interchangeable?

相比较而言,“跟”比“和”更口语化。we use 跟 in oral Chinese and 和 in written Chinese

跟 and 和 both means "and". However, 跟 implies "to follow".
Both sentences mean "She and I went touring"
我和她去旅遊。
我跟她去旅遊。This implies you are following her wherever she goes. She's making all the calls.

和is official expression, 跟is oral expression, the meanings r almost the same.

我同意Echo 说的,“跟”比“和”更口语化,还有一点就是“跟”有“跟随”的意思,不止有并列关系,还有一点从属关系,比如“孩子跟他妈妈去旅游”,比“孩子和他妈妈去旅游”更合适。
所以,如果你想强调有一定的从属关系就用“跟”,只有并列关系就用“和”好了。
