눈치를 채신 usage and meaning?
눈치 means notice, but what does 채신 mean?
like here "지금쯤 눈치를 채신 분들도" - "you guys might already(?) noticed by now"
is that correct?

'눈치(를) 채다' means 'to notice something' or 'to sense something'. '채신' is an honorific noun modifying form. So '눈치를 채신' is a noun modifying phrase which modifies '분들'.
So it means "the people who also might have noticed it by now".
