Does this sentence make sense ?
Or Dose it sound unnatural for native people?

It's a fantastic expression for saying - we are always arguing, disagreeing, fighting or even breaking up.

That makes sense. It sounds like they're always having issues with a relationship or friendship. For instance, "I had a falling out with Bob. We're no longer friends."
