What does that mean?
I came across these sentences below from my book.
People can register their number on a ”Do Not Call” list.
Companies cannot call your number if you have it on that list
In this case, what does ”if you have it on that list” mean?
I think it means that if your phone number is on that list.
In this case, does ”have” mean to get your phone number to that list or to own?
Could you please help me?

“Have” means to get your number on the list. Similarly “I have enrolled at university” would be the same. I don’t own the university. I am enrolled as a student at university
